Kimberley will provide you with the professional training that meets your specific requirements. Whether you are a beginner, an expert, suffer with low self-esteem, want to climb mountain, or maybe run a marathon? Kimberley can support and motivate you. Kimberley works with a wide age group, from late teens, to late 80's.
Kimberley has been in the fitness industry for over six years and still loves being a part of it. She provides commitment and encouragement to all her clients as she wishes them to gain as much confidence and love for themselves.

Kimberley has been able to combine her work with her family life as she has two beautiful sons'. She specifies and is very passionate about pre&postnatal training with a huge amount of experience as well as knowledge.

myMummyFitness can support you through your pregnancy journey and/or support you with your Post pregnancy journey. These sessions can take place in your home, at Russell square gym, outside, or online.
Kimberley runs an Online 6-month postpregnancy exercise program which works well for you and baby so make sure you do not hesitate to contact her!
